General Refund Terms

Digital Products & Online Courses

All sales of digital products, including but not limited to the Confidence to Cash™ course, online programs, masterclasses, recorded workshops, downloadable resources, and digital content are final upon purchase, subject to our conditional 7-day money-back guarantee outlined below.

Work-Before-Refund Policy:

To ensure that our courses are a good fit for our students and to prevent abuse of our refund policy, we require proof of good-faith participation before processing any refund request. This means:

  • You must complete Module 1 (or the equivalent first module) of any course
  • You must submit all required worksheets, assignments, and reflections from Module 1
  • You must provide a detailed written explanation of how the program failed to meet reasonable expectations

Confidence to Cash™ Course Specific Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Conditional)

We offer a 7-day conditional money-back guarantee for the Confidence to Cash™ course, subject to the following requirements:

Eligibility Requirements: You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  1. You have accessed less than 10% of the total course content
  2. You have not downloaded any course materials, workbooks, or resources
  3. You have not participated in any community activities, Q&A sessions, or coaching calls
  4. You submit your refund request in writing to [email protected] within 7 calendar days of your purchase date

Ineligibility for Refund: You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since your purchase date
  • You have not completed Module 1 in its entirety
  • You have not submitted all required Module 1 worksheets, assignments, and reflections
  • You have not provided the required written explanation of why the program did not meet expectations
  • You have accessed or participated in content beyond Module 1 (Module 2 or later)
  • You have participated in any live or recorded coaching sessions beyond those included in Module 1
  • You have engaged with the course community or support systems in a manner that indicates access to content beyond Module 1
  • You have downloaded course materials beyond those required to complete Module 1
  • You purchased the course during a promotional period explicitly marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable"

Note: Downloading Module 1 worksheets, assignments, and resources is required to complete the refund eligibility requirements and does not disqualify you from a refund, provided you have not accessed materials beyond Module 1.

Payment Plan Refund Policy

If you enrolled in the Confidence to Cash™ course via a payment plan:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your initial payment
  • All subsequent payments become non-refundable
  • You must meet all standard eligibility requirements listed above
  • Any outstanding payment plan balances remain due regardless of course participation

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Submit a written request to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include the following information:
    • Full name and email address associated with your account
    • Order number or transaction ID
    • Date of purchase
    • Proof of Module 1 completion (screenshots or submission confirmations)
    • All completed Module 1 worksheets, assignments, and reflections (attached or included in email)
    • Detailed written explanation (minimum 250 words) specifically describing how the program did not provide value or meet the expectations set in the course description and marketing materials
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for review of your refund request
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method

Upon approval of a refund:

  • Your access to the course and all associated materials will be immediately terminated
  • You agree to delete or destroy any downloaded materials in your possession
  • You may not re-enroll in the program without explicit written permission

Services & Coaching Programs

One-on-One Coaching & Consulting

  • Deposits for one-on-one coaching, consulting sessions, or intensive programs are non-refundable
  • Full payment for coaching packages becomes non-refundable after the first session has been conducted
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of that session
  • No-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) result in forfeiture of that session with no refund or credit

Group Coaching Programs

  • Group coaching programs are non-refundable after the first group session has occurred
  • If you have not attended any sessions and request cancellation before the first session, a refund minus a 15% administrative fee may be granted at our discretion

Live Workshops, Masterclasses & Events

  • Recorded or replay access: Non-refundable once access has been granted
  • Live virtual events: Refunds available up to 7 days before the event date minus a 15% administrative fee
  • In-person events: Refunds available up to 30 days before the event date minus a 25% administrative fee
  • Within 30 days of an in-person event: No refunds, but transferable to another attendee with written notice

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We understand that extraordinary circumstances may arise. Refund requests based on the following may be considered on a case-by-case basis:

  • Serious medical emergency or hospitalization (documentation required)
  • Death of immediate family member (documentation required)
  • Technical issues that prevented access to course materials (must be reported within 48 hours of occurrence)

Important Note: General dissatisfaction, change of mind, financial hardship, or lack of time to complete the course are not considered exceptional circumstances eligible for refund beyond the standard 7-day guarantee period.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargeback Policy:

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or payment processor instead of contacting us directly is considered a breach of this agreement and may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access to all products and services
  • Forfeiture of any refund eligibility
  • Legal action to recover costs associated with the chargeback, including but not limited to chargeback fees, legal fees, and the full amount of the original purchase
  • Permanent ban from future purchases or enrollment in any of our programs

Payment Processing

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
  • Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution (typically 5-10 business days after refund approval)

  • Currency exchange rates may affect the final refund amount if your original payment was made in a different currency

Modifications to Products & Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, update, or discontinue any course, program, or service at any time
  • Update course content, structure, or delivery methods to improve quality
  • Change pricing for future enrollments

Existing customers will retain access to purchased materials, though the format or delivery method may be updated. No refunds will be issued due to program modifications or updates.


Affiliate & Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased any of our products or services through an affiliate, third-party platform, or reseller, their refund policy may supersede this policy. Please contact the original point of purchase for refund requests in these cases.
